Linda Terpstra was born in Curaçao in 1955. She is an experienced strategic advisor and executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare and welfare sector. From 2004 to 2023, she chaired the Board of Directors of the Fier Foundation, a national expertise and treatment center for violence in dependent relationships with 180 employees. In this role, she provided direction to the organization, focused on innovation and professional development, and ensured integrated care from prevention to specialized treatment. Since 2023, she has been a strategic advisor to the Fier Board of Directors, where she uses her expertise to further strengthen the organization’s course. Previously, she worked as an interim manager at Women’s Shelters Rotterdam, where she contributed to an integrated approach to domestic violence, and at the Knowledge Center for Sector Funds for Healthcare and Welfare, focusing on working conditions, reintegration, and absenteeism.
