Erel Everitz is a social worker from Curaçao with more than two decades of experience within the public sector. Since joining the Family and Youth Sector in 2019, he has played a key role in the development and implementation of programs and policies aimed at strengthening families and protecting children and youth. Erel has been actively involved in several national and inter-island initiatives focused on children’s rights and the prevention of child abuse and domestic violence. Currently, he serves as Project Leader for the Kódigo di Protekshon and the Knowledge and Expertise Center, where he works to promote a coordinated and integrated approach to child protection across the welfare, justice, education, and healthcare sectors.
