As an OSINT Specialist, he is skilled in gathering, analyzing, and verifying publicly available information to uncover critical leads and strengthen investigative processes.
Beyond his operational role, Steven is also an OSINT Docent (Instructor), sharing his knowledge and practical experience by training fellow officers and professionals in open-source intelligence techniques.
