Ingrid van Benten is a survivor advocate and lived-experience expert from the Netherlands. Having survived childhood sexual exploitation and abuse, she has dedicated herself to raising awareness about child trafficking, sexual violence, and the long-term impact of trauma. Through documentaries, public speaking, and advocacy work, Ingrid courageously shares her story to give a voice to survivors and promote greater understanding of these often-hidden issues. Her mission is to encourage open dialogue, strengthen child protection efforts, and inspire positive change within society. By combining personal experience with advocacy, she continues to make a meaningful contribution to the fight against abuse and exploitation.
