Priyancka Rohera is the National Rapporteur on Human Trafficking in Curaçao, where she leads research and promotes collaboration to combat human trafficking and protect victims. With experience in the humanitarian and migration sectors, her work has focused on protection, education, health, and empowerment. Prior to this role, she worked with Human Rights Defense Curaçao (HRDC), helping develop human rights training programs and supporting legal services through data management and digitalization. Rohera holds a double Master’s degree in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht University and UNU-MERIT, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and International Studies from the University of South Florida. She currently serves within the PATH team under the Ministry of Justice.
